An initial discussion with one of our Graduate & Trainee Coaches will help you to understand if recruitment is right for you, how your skills, personality and education would be valued and whether we can help you break into the best recruitment firms. Best case scenario we agree to work together to get your first role in recruitment. If we don't believe we can help or you need further research before getting started, we'll point you in the right direction.
We'll conduct a free psychometric profile to help us understand which types of recruitment model, companies and sectors would best suit your personality AND what type of boss will bring out the best in you.
Your Career Coach will use this time to get to really know you, share the results of your psychometric profile and talk you through your bespoke career launch formula. This will show you which areas of recruitment you are probably best suited to, the companies where you will be surrounded by people with similar goals and values, where your personality, skills and education will be valued and you can access the best tools and training.
Now we know exactly which companies and roles you are best suited to we'll produce a CV to be proud of, taking all of your highlights and ensuring your CV is interview ready and working hard for you.
Your career coach will use their relationships at a senior level to ensure you get to meet the right people - fast tracking you for interview in the shortest time possible and with the warmest introduction to set the scene and focus your interviewer on your best qualities.
Once your interviews are scheduled we will send you an online prep pack making sure you have all the inside knowledge you need to perform at your absolute best in interview. We'll even schedule a follow up meeting, in person or via video call, to talk through each one, coach you through what to expect and enable you to walk into interviews feeling confident.

Trying to figure out who the best firms were and the right approach to interviews was quite overwhelming until I met the team at Recruiter Republic.
