Recruitment is an environment where you’re motivated solely by reward, this firm prides themselves for having a great team that supports each other no matter what, no sink or swim here! So, you will be provided with a supportive but intensive training programme where you work under the wing of the biggest billers in the company.

Whilst being coached on how to be a successful recruiter you will be working with an established name in the market allowing you the stepping stone to build a lucrative client base therefore being motivated and engaging is vital to develop strong relationships.

The main aim is to become a full consultant, using everything you learn from your mentor and implementing it into a live environment.

Your first 16-24 weeks of training include:

  • intensive training programme
  • coaching under the wing of a very successful biller
  • on-line learning system to help you move at your own pace
  • Progressing through weekly set targets and objectives
  • You will be learning how to manage vacancies, speak to candidates, write compelling adverts, negotiate offers, organise interviews, give feedback whilst speaking to clients to win deals
  • Lots of specialist training to understand your market, job roles and what clients look for

Becoming a recruitment consultant will provide you with the responsibility to:

  • Contacting clients to understand their vacancies and agree on candidate requirements
  • Meeting new clients to negotiate terms and gain new vacancies
  • Write adverts and supporting marketing campaigns to attract great talent
  • Long list potential candidates from database and LinkedIn
  • Conduct initial screening calls to understand what they want to achieve with their next role and offer advice
  • Explain potential roles to your candidates, ensure they meet the client requirement and present their profile to clients
  • Confidently arrange interviews
  • Gain and share feedback
  • Negotiate offers of employment

If this sounds like you, you can expect to achieve:

  • Initial Base salary of £21K - £25K
  • First-year earnings of £35K - £40K
  • Second year earnings of £45K - £60K
  • Third year earnings of £65K - £80K
