Job description

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Recruiter in London to join a market leading, boutique agency based in the City to focus on placing candidates into roles as a Senior Recruitment Consultant.

This is an agency with a first-class reputation in both the Construction and wider recruitment industry, which is a direct result of their relaxed management style which encourages a quality led approach to recruitment. You won't be overloaded with KPIs and call-time targets here. Instead, you will be working in an entrepreneurial environment, and will be reporting into deeply networked Directors with an exceptional track record of developing Consultants as both billers and Managers.

You will be inheriting a desk focused on commercial roles (Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, Bid Managers etc) for top tier main contractors. As this desk already produces £180K + per year, you will taking over a well developed platform with great scope to achieve big-billing status.

You will be provided with fantastic tools and resources to enable you to further grow this desk and bill to your full potential as well as having access to a team of Resourcing Consultants and the additional advantage of working with the backing of a well respected brand name.
