Job description

One of the world's preferred HR recruitment brands now seek Senior Perm Consultants / Account Managers to join their London office and take over existing high profile accounts.

As a long-established and high-performing brand this HR specialist brand enjoy very strong job flow and due to internal moves have two very lucrative desks available for experienced Recruiters. As these are long-established desks with a strong track record for producing £20K + per month, your main focus will not be business development but rather account management and candidate sourcing. With the previous Consultants still available in the company due to promptions you will have great support in terms of client and candidate handover and desk history.

If you would like to take over a well established Perm Desk with a focus on delivering to key accounts but with some occasional business development responsibilities please get in touch. Previous experience of recruiting within HR is preferable but not essential - other professionals sectors will be considered and have previously transitioned well within this firm.

If successful you could achieve:


  • Salary £30,000 - £42,000 (Consultant to Managing Consultant)
  • Commission to 30%
  • Bonuses (quarterly and annual)
