While this role is open to Consultants from any area of IT recruitment, in this role you will be focused on ERP (MS Dynamics, Workday, Oracle etc) and will be taking over a wide portfolio of existing client relationships with first tier clients as preferred or sole supplier. You will find that in this team you will be capable of far greater results due to the following:

  • You will be working for a Director that acts as lead business developer for the team
  • You will be working on prime client accounts with strong contract rates already negotiated
  • You will be generating candidates using an impressive and well-researched candidate database
  • The management style is not about KPI's and is instead about support and inspiration
