RARE OPPORTUNITY to join the shining light of the HR recruitment industry who  now seeks an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their Public Sector team in London!

Working for this multi-award winning independent recruitment firm will see you totally transform your life as a Recruiter. Yes you will be managing a temp or perm desk placing HR professionals into public sector / NFP organisations but the difference will be that you will be part of an elite team of pure HR specialists who are admired and respected by their client base as a result of the extensive work they do to support the aims and challenges of the wider HR community.

You will be taking over an established desk, placing HR professionals into roles up to £50K into local government, central government, social housing organisations, charities, education, trade bodies and more. This is a diverse and busy desk that has the major advantage of a huge database of HR professionals built from a large team over a long period of service  however this will be further supported with great tools like LinkedIn licenses, extensive marketing support, constant events, sponsorships and networking. If you're going to do HR recruitment - this is the company to join!

HR Recruiters with freelance or perm experience will be offered an immediate meeting (you don't have to already have experience of public sector) and can expect to achieve:

  • Salary £34,000 - £40,000
  • Commission 20% - 35%
