This is a hybrid, modern day contingency and retained search firm with an incredibly strong track record for working with both SME and major brands in the retail and consumer brand space. Joining this elite team will see you managing exclusive or retained vacancies for senior level marketing professionals on behalf of an impressive client base that has enjoyed a long-standing relationship with this firm.

For Recruiters looking to gain instant traction this will give you an accelerated start, with strong brand names to go to market with, instant vacancies to manage and a  brilliant launch pad to further develop your own team.

Typically managing vacancies between £70,000 and £150,000, you will naturally need to be someone that is comfortable operating at a senior level and with an existing deep technical knowledge of all key marketing functions. If you're someone that naturally prefers to work this senior end of the market you will love the streamlined workload - allowing you to manage high-quality roles that convert without the distraction of lower level roles (and fees) to distract you.
