Job description

Are you a proven Manager or Director within Technology recruitment in London? Do you feel as though you need more scope? Greater ownership over your Division? A role focused purely on leadership instead of struggling to juggle both billing and team management? Perhaps even an open path to get to MD?

Based in London you will be taking over an existing and highly-profitable team of Technology & FinTech Recruiters with the aim of doubling the team size in 2019/2020. 

With a large thriving office in London which acts as home to several professional and technical disciplines, you will not only be taking over a brilliant existing platform but you will also be able to take advantage of the many opportunities provided by other divisions within the company - both in London and a handful of national and international locations.

To be successful in this role the Group MD will want to see that you have:

  • Demonstrable results from leading teams of IT recruiters
  • Previous experience of developing Recruiters into Managers
  • Solid technical knowledge of all areas of IT Recruitment (Data, Cyber, Development, Infrastructure, Project Management, FinTech and more)
  • Ambition to take the lead, own your own business unit and the drive to build a far bigger business unit
  • Strong team rapport building and motivation capability
