Who we attract
Unless you have a specific brief our typical focus is to source bright recent Graduates with an interest or degree in your chosen market specialism or experienced sales professionals (B2B) looking for a move into recruitment.
Before we do anything we conduct a 30 minute discovery call with each candidate that shows promise. We'll be assessing whether they have truly researched what a career in recruitment is, what it will take to be successful and whether they can demonstrate the core qualities required in recruitment.
Prior to meeting we will conduct psychometric assessments on each and every candidate we plan to represent. This gives us a non-biased view to their personality, emotional intelligence, team fit and drivers. More importantly it will predict which markets, desk types and company types they are suited to.
Working in groups or on an individual basis we will interview, challenge and role play with potential candidates to score their performance in typical recruitment scenarios testing for coachability, resilience, persistence, ability to build rapport, questioning skills and closing confidence. Combined with their discovery call results and psychometric assessments this will give us an overall success prediction score. Only those that meet a minimum of 90% scoring are represented.
