We concentrate on 4 core markets (Built Environment, IT & Technical, Marketing & Creative and Professional Services) which gives us the opportunity to go deep into each area and attract high quality candidates based on very specialist market knowledge.
Whether we approach a candidate or they come to us, before we do anything we conduct a 30 minute discovery call . We'll be assessing what they have achieved to date, what it is they want next, whether that is realistic and why they want a move. We'll only progress with candidates that pass our checks and want a move for the right reasons.
No time wasters
Prior to meeting our candidates we will conduct psychometric assessments. This gives us a non-biased view to their personality, emotional intelligence, team fit and drivers. More importantly it will predict which markets, desk types and company types they are suited to and will uncover whether they are really as motivated, hard-working, resilient and tenacious as they claim to be.
Meeting with one of our Practice Directors each candidate has to survive a robust face to face interview. If we're are going to introduce a candidate to you then you can rest assured they have not only passed a thorough interview (not registration) and psychometric assessment but also being challenged by someone who knows their market and the people around them.
No flaky candidates, no liars, no blaggers.
If we contact you about a candidate it will be because they have passed our interview process and have proven they have solid reasons for a move and are realistic in terms of what they expect. You'll get a fully vetted CV, psychometric profile and our personal notes on each candidate - getting you to the interesting part of the interview quickly.
No time wasted on interview the wrong type of candidate. It's why we successfully place 92% of the candidates we represent.
Offer & Start Date Management
The offer, acceptance and resignation process is complicated. Recruiters find it hard to tell potential employers what they really think, whether they really intend to accept and whether they are really prepared for the resignation and counter offer process ahead. This is where we can work some extra magic, making sure your offered candidate is protected, coached for what's coming and kept engaged through to start date.
After placement we'll keep the communication lines open so that if your new team member is struggling or needs help they get it. Equally we can offer some gentle, helpful feedback if you need us to.
