One of the fastest growing recruitment firms in Construction now offer a rare career opportunity for a Perm Team Leader to join their management team in fantastic office space in London.
Joining a highly successful and long established firm, you will be responsible for taking over the management of an existing team of 3 Perm Consultants with a view to building this team further over the coming months.
While personally billing and leading by example on a Construction Perm Desk you will lead the team in best practice, sales and networking ability and perm recruitment techniques.
You can choose which area of the business to personally specialise in such as House Building, Civil Engineering or Main Contracting with a wide geographical path to take advantage of placing all levels and types of Construction professionals.
This is a lively team with a fun environment that is positive in outlook as they buck the trend in construction recruitment. Flexible in approach and not blinded by KPI's this firm believe in working and playing hard, with the Directors leading by example and working with the Consultants & Team Leaders to secure work and build relationships with clients.
As a Team Leader and experienced Perm Consultant you will be rewarded with the following:
*Basic salary to £34K
*Team Commission based on fees
*Quarterly team bonus on performance against target
*Personal fee commission to 35% with low SR
*Personal fee quarterly bonus
*Benefits Package
*Opportunity to progress into Senior Management
*Regular incentives
