An independent recruitment firm in Essex now seek a talented Recruitment Consultant or Trainee to join their new team specialising in Construction recruitment.
Working for a Director with an extensive and successful background in Construction recruitment you will specialise in placing sales & marketing professionals with construction firms across the South East & London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly for a specialist mentor and become a true expert in your field and would suit either an existing Recruitment Consultant with experience in Sales or Construction looking for more headroom and entrepreneurial flair or a Sales Professionals working within a construction sector.
The successful candidate will achieve a basic salary of £22K to £25K + Commission of up to 20% with ZERO SR, free parking, quarterly bonuses and much more.
